Our talent has led us to be one of the top 6 technology companies in the world.We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Management advisory Consultant to lead implementation and optimization projects in the Warehouse Management area. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of both business processes and the SAP ERP system, and be capable of leading technical and functional teams. Experience in implementing end-to-end solutions in S4HANA environments will be highly valued. If you have a strategic mindset and a high ability to generate expertise in your area, this opportunity is for you.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience working with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) in industrial environments.Experience in SAP WM/EWM implementation projects. Experience in S4HANA implementations is desirable.Advanced knowledge of business processes related to warehouse management, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics execution, and shipping/receiving.Ability to analyze and transform business processes into efficient and scalable SAP solutions.Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP WM/EWM to meet specific business requirements.Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, system design, testing, training, go-live, and support.Experience in conducting workshops and leading discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP WM, including performance optimization and system enhancements.Preferably experience in multinational environments.SAP EWM certification is desirable, but not a must.Experience in integrating SAP WM/EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, TM or 3rd party systems).Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Proactive attitude, committed to constant learning and the development of innovative solutions.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, developers, and other consultants.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Responsibilities:Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams during the analysis, design, and implementation phases of SAP Warehouse Management projects.Manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.Leadership attitude to guide teams, train new members, and foster professional growth within the SAP WM area.Take responsibility for the knowledge management process, and train internal teams and clients in SAP WM usage.Ensure continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics processes by leveraging SAP solutions to optimize inventory management, order processing, and warehouse efficiency.Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse and logistics needs and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.Other:Willingness to travel according to project requirements.If you are an expert in WM with a strategic vision and are eager to tackle complex challenges in large-scale projects, we want to meet you.Join our team and take your career to the next level!At NTT DATA Europe & LATAM we believe that every person is unique and we are committed to an inclusive culture that recognises and values diversity.We work every day to create an environment where we can explore, live and enhance our own uniqueness.#WeAreAllUnique #YouMakeUsUnique
