Warehouse ManagerOur Warehouse Manager oversees shift planning, inventory management, ERP/WMS implementation, and process metrics, while optimising workflows to boost productivity and reduce errors.

n the role of Warehouse Manager, you will have a vital impact on our business by optimizing operational efficiency, lowering costs, and ensuring precise order fulfilment.
Your leadership will be essential in creating a streamlined and reliable warehouse environment that benefits both our team and our customers.
ccountabilities Oversee workload distribution, train new warehouse employees, and monitor for errors.
Track inventory levels and budget for warehouse expenses related to packing consumables and maintenance.
Successfully implement ERP and WMS systems for effective stock control in the warehouse.
Create and maintain a tracking system for Warehouse and Logistics process metrics.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports, and analyze deviations promptly to propose solutions.
Engage in effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities, streamline warehouse workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce picking errors.
