¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? The role will support regional business partners within Page Executive and Strategic Customer to promote excellence in digital experience, ensuring our digital platforms support and optimize priority marketing initiatives for these global growth pillars.
Lead on strategic digital initiatives to deepen candidate engagement and drive inbound lead conversion for Page Executive and Strategic Customer including project management of strategic content, vendor platform integration and data-driven customer journey enhancements.
Own website roadmap for pageexecutive.
om and pageoutsourcing.
om, planning activities and resources appropriately and managing any delivery risk Own the management of core digital experiences for pageexecutive.
om and com to optimize organic traffic via SEO, maintain service delivery and integrate product releases including UAT Partner with the Digital CRO specialist to deliver experiments and journey tests via Google Optimizely and MXO Build, maintain and leverage a strong network of key relationships within Page Executive and Strategic Customer to align marketing and digital initiatives.
Leverage our digital reporting capability to assess site performance, troubleshoot issues, and make optimisation recommendations.
Competitive analysis and benchmarking to feed innovation pipeline and deliver best practice reporting.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Exensive knowledge and technical understanding of owned digital properties and platforms including content management systems (Drupal preferred) and SEO Ability to delivery an engaging and effective digital customer experience through knowledge of CX and UX principles Knowledge of Optimizely and experience with setting up A/B tests Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track.
Experience and understanding of digital analytics, GA preferred Experienced at stakeholder management Excellent presentation and people management skills (to coach and delegate effectively) ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
