Having started our journey in January only, we're incredibly proud to count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities.
About the role The Workplace Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office environment, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role includes managing office resources, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall mission of the organization.
The Workplace Manager acts as a liaison between employees and management, helping to create a productive and welcoming atmosphere.
This is a full time offline job from Monday to Friday.
What you'll do Oversee office operations, including facilities, vendors, and supplies, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
Support employee onboarding\/offboarding Coordinate all activities related to celebrations (birthdays, recognition for special events, team building, business trips) Coordinate purchases, track expenses, and analyse data reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Promote a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and suggestions.
Lead or support office improvement projects and implement efficiency best practices.
Collaborate with IT on technology upgrades, budgets, and project implementation.
Develop and enforce health and safety policies, conduct inspections, and organize trainings.
What you've got Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles Experience managing several projects at the same time.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Sensitive touch to meet the requirements of the entire team.
Focused on detail and customer service.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them to tight deadlines.
Creative when generating ideas for events and celebrations in the company.
