EY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
e fluent in the key principles of Pricing Strategies and Revenue ManagementSupport the Director of Revenue Management through providing accurate information pertaining to the market, forecasting, and otherrevenue management strategies.
e able to update the daily revenues, participate in the daily operations meeting and take on other Revenue Management duties in theabsence of the Director of Revenue Management.
losely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
Perform competitorchecks and report as appropriateSupport the DORM in effective implementation of The Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures.
(Rate Plans, RateCategories, Market Segmentation, Profiles and all other PMS related RM functionality.)Assist with group bookings, including coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements.
upport in managing OTA (Online Travel Agencies) and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and promotional offers areaccurately reflected.
HAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR.
inimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar roleFluent English and Spanish.
Other Languages is a plus.
trong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management andpricing strategies.
roficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity withreservation systems (e.
., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.
xcellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
