Funciones.
Realización de consultorías de FM Consultoría de modelo de gestión operativa Optimización de costes operativos Realización de pliegos de licitación Benchmarking de servicios Realización de propuestas comerciales Gestión y fidelización de clientes Gestión de servicios y proyectos de obras Generación de negocio dentro de los clientes Requisitos Graduado/a en Arquitectura,Ingeniería, ADE o similar Experiencia de entre 2- 5 años realizando funciones similares a las descritas Valorable formación en Facility management Dominio del Paquete Office Buscamos una persona analítica, creativa, con iniciativa, ágil y orientada al cliente, con buena interlocución así como con capacidad de organización
