SAP CRM PROJECT MANAGER

Job Title: SAP CRM Project ManagerLocation: RemoteContract Duration: 6+ Months (with potential for extension)Start Date: ASAPJob Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Project Manager to join our team on a 6+ month remote contract. The ideal candidate will lead SAP CRM projects with a strategic approach, ensuring projects align with organizational objectives and are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to deliver seamless CRM solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end SAP CRM project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to execution and deliveryStakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project statusResource and Budget Management: Coordinate resources, track project budgets, and ensure that project milestones are achievedRisk and Issue Management: Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing effective solutions to ensure smooth project progressDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates on project status, budget, and deliverablesCross-functional Team Collaboration: Lead efforts with SAP functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements for Sales, Marketing, and Service modules within SAP CRMProcess Optimization: Develop and implement project management best practices to improve project efficiency and deliver high-quality solutionsQualifications:Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing SAP CRM projectsSAP CRM Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP CRM, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service domainsProject Management Certification: PMP or similar certification preferredCommunication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders at all levelsProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to tackle challenges in real-time and drive projects forwardHow to Apply:Please send your resume to ilona@senovo-it.com for consideration.
