WIND CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in 16 countries (Europe & North America).Greenvolt Power is seeking a Wind Construction Associate who will contribute to the correct construction of Greenvolt Power's project footprint in Europe. This role involves actively participating in the design supervision and design of large-scale renewable energy projects, including solar wind and associated electrical infrastructures. The WIND Construction Associate will also supervise construction and project management activities in the European market.Key accountabilitiesCollaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements, contract discussions.Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with internal staff and BOP Contractors.Supervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliersSupport in the definition, preparation and control the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy projectSupport Procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliersSchedules project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost effective construction of photovoltaic plantSupervise and control that during the construction phase the Building Permit requirements are respected.Reports project status, recommends solutions and informs about potential risks to the BoardManages and supervises payments approvals and proper documentation preparation to obtain use permit accordingly to project planCoordinates information flow between the Company and public institutions e.g.: Municipality, Commune and Public Institutions in project scope and on behalf of SPVCoordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & QualityCost control and schedule during construction phaseQualificationsEngineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer).Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects mainly from wind farm (Utility scale) constructionExperience in working with Auto CAD , MS Project, MS OfficeLeadership, reporting and team workStrong written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills.We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
