PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & CIO OFFICE MANAGER

The IT Strategy & PMO Manager will provide critical support to the VP IT & Digital Adecco Iberia in developing and executing IT strategies aligned with both local and global business objectives.This role involves close collaboration with global IT & Digital teams and working in alignment with the IT Business Partner to ensure that IT initiatives meet business needs.This role will also oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on governance, compliance, and strategic alignment. A key part of the role is providing hands-on management in executing complex projects.RequirementsExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, including substantial experience executing complex IT programs.Proven experience working closely with business units and IT Business Partners to align IT strategies with business needs.Strong background in IT strategy execution, governance, and hands-on project management within a multinational environment.Experience working in a matrixed organization, balancing local and global IT priorities.EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Master’s degree or MBA with a technology focus is preferred.Certifications in IT Governance (COBIT, ITIL) and Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).SkillsDeep knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards) and risk management practices.Proficiency in project management methodologies with a hands-on approach to managing complex projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and global IT teams.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives and achieving both local and global business objectives.Language ProficiencyEnglish: ExpertSpanish: NativeAny additional language is an advantage, especially French, German, or Italian.
